Graphic designer and illustrator
Liqi Sheng is a graphic designer and illustrator from China, currently studying fine arts and linguistics at University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Born in a small city in China, Sheng was raised bilingually by her parents, who are both language teachers. Learning from her parents, Sheng gained a great amount of experience in language education. Besides languages, Sheng always had a passion for art. In 2014, she carried her ambitions in language and art studies overseas, and proudly enrolled as a student of UW-Madison. In 2016, she got accepted to the Bachelor of Fine Arts program and officially began her pursuits in both fine arts and linguistics as double major.
Sheng is now a graphic designer at the Arts+Literature Laboratory and the graphics editor at the campus newspaper Daily Cardinal.
